Oriana she is excellent teacher! I really enjoyed her class. Also I have also learned from all the teachers. I have grown little by little in yoga and thanks to this place I have fallen in love with yoga, it is the place where we all share and are in favor of well-being. David is very kind and very helpful in the yoga class!

I went to the energy Yoga and wellness center last Thursday for the first time. I took the warm yoga class with Karla Bartolone. I have never taken a warm yoga class before in my life and I loved it. I will definitely come back. The space was clean and tidy. It is accessible for wheelchairs and it does have restrooms in site. They offer different packages I am interested in the 8 classes for 80$ or in the new student special $49 for an entire class of unlimited yoga and meditation classes. the schedule is available in the studio or online

This yoga studio is the real deal! I started attending last month, and I am hooked. Every teacher is amazing, and they have so much selection of various yoga styles with many classes offered. I especially like their App where you can register for classes whenever you like, and even in advance: very organized. The place is spotless, professional, and welcoming. Prior to joining, I did yoga at regular gyms such as LA Fitness. That doesn’t even come close to the experience of a real yoga studio like Energy Yoga.
